Just breathe

The weekend started and we have some free time for ourselves to relax and fill our batteries again.

There are those moments when the only thing you need to do is just breathe. Some moments simply insist that you just stand and breathe. The anxiety of the responsibilities we have, of the strict plan we follow every day leads us to a stressful situation that exhaust us both mentally and physically.

Take advantage of the time you have for yourself and don’t waste it for nothing. Do something that will relax you and remember to BREATHE. Every problem in our lives can be solved as long as we breathe! Take a deep breath and you’ll be more calm to take any decision or to face the difficult reality.


You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens. Let’s just try to breathe.

    I live in Bath, UK. Everyday is the same but Saturdays see the new faces come out – the workers who live here but do not enjoy. It is a short short jaunt to heart attack city from here, if you do not hang yourself first. I saw a man, a young man with tattoos on his face and hands, about twenty, and i thought: You, with the jailhouse tats, what do you plan for the future when the rest of them are all married with kids and trying to make it, finally, with one last shove towards what they see as success? Breathe, you say? I might try it.
