Exhausted…

Do you have a strict program to follow? Do you have so many things to do everyday that just the thought of them exhausts you? I totally understand you.

Most of the days I feel like all I want to do is sleep. Going to university, learning a new language, reading, and having so many responsibilities leave me exhausted at the end of the day. And what I think is…does it worth?

Well, does it really worth all this try? All this pressure, all this anxienty, the pain, the things you sacrifice? I think it does… cause that’s what makes you alive. You try to live. You try to achieve. And if you feel tired by the end of the day you can be sure you made it.

I may be tired but this is the sign that I lived my day to the fullest. What is the worth of a day that you are relaxed but you did nothing? This is just a lost day.

Exhausted means alive. It means another day you lived to the fullest. Enjoy it!

I also spend most of my time tired and exhausted, but you are right, that means I’m also doing a lot in life too. I try to be mindful of how much stuff I’m doing at any one time so I don’t get overworked. I also schedule rest time for myself so I can bounce back and do more.

My daughter is in nursing school and the books she studies are amazing. So tired. But, when facing adverse conditions, there’s an American saying, “This too, will pass” So one day it will be over and you will have other great responsibilities and you may even wish for those “carefree” times of study. It’s a “good” tired. LOL

Life leaves me feeling exhausted too. There is always some obstacle or something to deal with. I think it’s all worth it when, at the end of the day, after tackling everything in your schedule, you feel accomplished and happy 🙂
